Price Variation and Remediation
• reserves the right, in addition to any other available remedy, to impose a late payment charge of 1-1/2% per month on any past-due unpaid balance

• It is our policy to notify customers in advance of any change in pricing or terms. However, prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All orders placed after the effective date will be invoiced at the new price unless otherwise indicated. Orders with future release dates will be invoiced at the price effective on the day of shipment unless otherwise indicated. Virginia Abrasives does not protect the value of inventories or the value of goods in transit. All computerinvoice extensions have been calculated using two decimal places in US dollars. There is the possibility that variation, however minor, may occur due to rounding, and shall be allowed by the customer.Virginia Abrasives’ Laser Weld/Bit Warranty:
• If the laser weld or diffusion bond between the segment and the core or barrel fails during the normal useful life of the blade or bit, the blade or bit will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.Virginia Abrasives’ Brazed Blade/Bit Warranty:
• If the brazed bond between the core or barrel fails within the first .050" of segment wear, the blade or bit will be repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE.Virginia Abrasives’ Continuous Rim Blade Warranty:
• If the bond between the diamond rim and core fails during the normal useful life of the blade, the blade will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.
These warranties do not cover abuse to, or misapplication of the blade or bit. Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair at Virginia Abrasives, or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective. Return Goods Policy
• Return of products without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. All returns require a return authorization number.
• Returns for other than defective product by Virginia Abrasives will be considered under the following conditions:
• Item must have been a standard stock item at the time of original invoice.
• Items cannot be more than one year old from the invoice date.
• All goods must be in the original package and in a saleable condition.
• Returned product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Non-stock and custom items are not eligible for return or credit.Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation of orders for standard stock items will be allowed without charge provided the order has not shipped. Cancellation of non-stock custom orders will be allowed without charge provided the order has not begun the manufacturing process. Orders which have been rocessed will be shipped and invoiced at the full value.Claims Policy
• All claims for shortage or damage must be made in writing to Virginia Abrasives within 45 days of invoice.Non-Stock/Custom Order Leeway
• A quantity variance of +10% or -20% shall be permitted in filling a manufacturing order.Referenced Items
