Terms and Conditions
Under the ARTISAND REWARD PROGRAM, you will earn points each time you
purchase goods from Virginia Abrasives Corporation. Points can be redeemed
for VAC products, airline flight certificates, electronic equipment,
clothing, power tools, NASCAR tickets, outdoor sports equipment, automotive
vehicles, gift certificates, merchandise credits and other goods and
services from VAC and our partners American Airlines, Circuit City,
Porta Nail, Polaris Industries, NASCAR Richmond International Raceway,
Cabela's, Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp, and Galaxy Floor Machines. You
accumulate four (4) points for every dollar that you spend on eligible
VAC products. Points do not expire and there is no limit to the number
of points you can accrue. Points roll over from year to year. There
is no fee for participation in this program. VAC reserves the right
to modify, add, change, suspend or terminate the ARTISAND REWARD PROGRAM
at any time.
To enroll in the ARTISAND REWARD PROGRAM, complete the enrollment
form, including all the required fields. Or you may mail a hard
copy of the form to: Artisand Reward Program, Virginia Abrasives Corporation,
2851 Service Road, Petersburg, VA 23805. Enrollment forms are available
from VAC authorized distributors, by E-mail (artisand@virginiaabrasives.com),
or by calling 800-996-SAND, or on VAC's website, www.virginiaabrasives.com
or by visiting VAC at the above address.
VAC may use personal information provided in enrollment forms, including
E-mail addresses, to offer products, programs or services that it believes
may be of interest to participants. VAC will not use or transfer personally
identifiable information collected during the enrollment process in
any way other than as set forth herein. You can choose to opt-out of
these services or to correct/change contact information by notifying
VAC in writing at the above address or by E-mail.
Redemption Terms and Conditions
- Submit a complete redemption form for each reward request. Copies
of the form are available from your Virginia Abrasives retailer or
by E-mail to artisand@virginiaabrasives.com.
- To qualify for a reward, you must submit the original sales receipts
and/or invoices and be enrolled in the program.
- Please make photocopies of your submission materials as Virginia
Abrasives cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
- Should you need the original sales receipts, include a self-addressed
stamped envelope with your submission and we will return them to you.
- Open to U.S. residents only, 18 years of age or older.
- Qualified participating distributors, on behalf of their contractor
users, will submit program enrollment forms and submit sales receipts
for point updates. Check with your local distributor.
