Concrete Grinding Blocks

Virginia Abrasives offers grinding blocks for concrete floor leveling and preparation for new coatings or sealing.  The blocks are used on a compatible floor grinder (except the handheld rubbing brick) and attached with a wooden dowel.  The grinder is then moved over the surface to achieve leveling, smoothing, or even a polished appearance. 

Applications:

Concrete grinding blocks are used to level and smooth a concrete surface or floor in preparation for applying a coating or sealer.  They are also used to remove flaws in the concrete, stains from spills, or to remove previously applied coatings.

Materials and Grit Levels:

We offer concrete grinding blocks made from bonded abrasives and quality industrial diamonds.  The grit level or target material is described here:
