POLICY FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE

RETURN GOODS POLICY

Returns for other than defective product will be considered under the following conditions:
• Item must have been a standard stock item at the time of original invoice
• Items cannot be more than one year old from the invoice date
• All goods must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition
• Returned product is subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Non-stock and custom items are not eligible for return or credit

Return of products without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. All returns require a return authorization number. 

Please call Customer Service at 1.800.446.1805 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise.
